Peninsula Beauty started out as a single small store in San Mateo, California opened by Hal Silverstein in 1959. It was started because his wife could not find the hair color products she wanted in the bay area. Today the company , now run by his daughter Lori Silverstein , has blossomed into a 11 location chain with a 10,000 square foot central warehouse , a thriving Internet division , and over 90 employees. We are a business that will be here to serve you now and far into the future. We are always trying to expand and improve our service for you.
