I used to try and thin out my thick nail polishes with a little nail polish remover, but that's actually a terrible way to go about it. Using nail polish remover will certainly thin out polish, but it'll chip off much easier and the color will become weaker. Nail Tek's Extend is the actual lyquefying solvent companies use to create their nail polishes. Adding a few drops will thin out the polish that becomes thicker with time as its solvent evaporates, but without the weakening effects of using remover.

Those glops at the bottom of your nail polish bottles are perfectly good color without the liquefying solvents. Extend will work on any color, company, and even works on nail strentheners in addition to regular color polishes. You only need to use about two to three drops to refresh a gloppy polish, so it really goes a long way.

If you never use a bottle of nail polish, it won't thicken. Those bottles of questionable colors that you never touch will be good as new a decade from now. But the polish that you love and use gets gooey. The solvents evaporate every time you open the bottle, leaving you with thick, blobby nail polish that makes manicuring a frustrating experience. Nail Tek Extend is a polish thinner that replaces those evaporated solvents. A few dropper's full will restore any nail color to paintable consistency. Extend conveniently comes with a dropper for easy use. I put two dropper's full in a thickened bottle of nail polish, and shake. Add more if necessary to achieve the desired consistency. I find that the consistency is about right if I can hear the ball bearings rattle when I shake the bottle. Extend is a simple, easy solution for thickened nail polish. It will rehabilitate your favorite bottles of nail color, saving you time, money, and aggravation.
